o The Building Official or designee may approve, conditionally approve, or deny an Alternate Parking Plan based on site-specific conditions.
o An approved Alternate Parking Plan may be rescinded at any time during construction by the Building Official or designee, or by the property owner or other party who authorized use of the alternate parking location.
Upon revocation, construction personnel shall discontinue use of the location and comply with any replacement parking arrangements approved by the Town.

The Town reserves all rights to modify previously-approved PROW parking if deemed appropriate by the Building Official or designee. The determination shall consider the scope and duration of each project, available roadway and frontage, traffic circulation, emergency access, and applicable Fire Code requirements.
