CALL TO ORDER:
The City Council of the City of Atwater met in Special Session this date at 4:30 PM in the City Council Chambers located at the Atwater Civic Center, 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, California; Mayor Nelson presiding.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
The Pledge of Allegiance was postponed to the next Regular Session.
ROLL CALL:
Present: City Council Members Ambriz, Cale, Raymond, Mayor Nelson
Absent: City Council Member Button
Staff Present: Interim City Manager Thompson, Police Chief Salvador, Assistant City Clerk Martin
REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS FROM STAFF:
Approving a Cooperative Purchase Agreement for Parking Ticket Administrative Services Between the City of Atwater and Data Ticket Inc. (Police Chief Salvador) Police Chief Salvador provided background information on this item.
Mayor Nelson opened public comment.
No one came forward to speak.
City Council Special Meeting Action Minutes for April 3, 2024 Page 2 MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Raymond moved to approve a Cooperative Purchase Agreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney, for Parking Ticket Administrative Services with Data Ticket Inc. of Irvine, California; and authorizes and directs the Interim City Manager or designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; The motion was seconded by City Council Member Ambriz and the vote was: Ayes: Cale, Ambriz, Raymond, Nelson; Noes: None; Absent: Button.
The motion passed.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Nelson adjourned the Special Meeting at 4:36 PM.
