CALL TO ORDER:
The City Council of the City of Atwater met in Special Session this date at 8:05 AM in the Jesse Frago Room located at the Atwater Community Center, 760 East Bellevue Road, Atwater, California; Mayor Nelson presiding.

Mayor Nelson opened public comment.
Adam Reed spoke regarding the time of the meeting.
Mayor Nelson closed the public comment.
CLOSED SESSION:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, Public Employee Appointment; Title: City Manager
City Council Special Meeting Action Minutes for May 20. 2024 Page 2 City Attorney Splendorio reported that the City Council received information, provided direction, and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Nelson adjourned the Special Meeting at 2:50 PM.
