CALL TO ORDER:
The City Council of the City of Atwater met in Special Session this date at 4:08 PM in the City Council Chambers located at 750 Bellevue Road, Atwater, California; Mayor Nelson presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Present: City Council Members Cale, Raymond, Mayor Nelson
Absent: City Council Members Button and Ambriz
Staff present: Interim City Manager Thompson, Deputy City Attorney Gin, Police Chief Salvador, Battalion Chief Ayuso, Public Works Director Vinson, Finance Director Nicholas, Human Resources Director Sousa, Deputy City Clerk Peralta
Mayor Nelson opened public comment.
No one came forward.
Mayor Nelson closed the public comment.
City Council Member Ambriz arrived at the dais at 4:32 PM.
BUDGET WORKSHOP:
Proposed 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget (Finance Director Nicholas) Finance Director Nicholas gave a presentation on the proposed 2024-2025 fiscal year budget.
Interim City Manager Thompson provided clarification to City Council Member questions.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Nelson adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:00 PM.
