MOTION: Council Member Raymond motioned to receive and accept the City of Atwater's Annual Financial Report and Single Audit Report for the year ended June 30, 2024 and the Independent Accountants' Report on Agreed-Upon Procedures Applied to Appropriations Limit Schedule for the year ended June 30, 2025; seconded by Council Member Ambriz.
