CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
April 13, 2022
SPECIAL SESSION
A Special Session of the Auburn City Council was via Zoom Webinars on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. with Mayor Sandy Amara presiding and City Clerk Amy Lind recording the minutes. This Special Session of the City Council was held pursuant to Government Code section 54953(e) related to teleconferencing of meetings. The Governor's Proclamation of a State Emergency was still in effect and the City Council made the necessary findings under the law to hold teleconference meetings in this manner.

Council Members Absent: none
Staff Members Present: City Manager John W. Donlevy, Jr., City Attorney Gary Bell, Planning and Economic Development Manager Jonathan Wright.

1. Ground Lease for the Development of the Hangars at the Auburn Airport
Planning and Economic Manager Jonathan Wright presented this item.
Public Comment: Aaron Burns.
Steven Hogge, representing lease spoke.
By RESOLUTION, authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute a 40-year ground lease between the City of Auburn, a municipal Corporation and Auburn East Hangars Phase II Owners, an Unincorporated Association and further authorize the execution of all related documents.
The motion was made by Council Member Dowdin Calvillo and seconded by Council Member Spokely and approved by the following roll call vote:
