SPECIAL SESSION
A Special Session of the Auburn City Council was held at Auburn City Hall, 1225 Lincoln Way, Auburn, CA on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. with Mayor Radell-Harris presiding and City Clerk Amy Lind recording the minutes.

Council Members Absent: none
Staff Members Present: City Manager Sean Rabé, Public Works Director Mengil Deane, Interim Fire Chief John Rogers, and Human Resources Director Jennifer Leal.

2. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn Declaring a Fiscal Emergency
By RESOLUTION 24-70, approve the City of Auburn to declare a fiscal emergency cancelling all salary increases.
The motion was made by Council Member Holmes and seconded by Council Member Dowdin Calvillo and approved by the following roll call vote:
Ayes:, Dowdin Calvillo, Amara, Holmes, Sierra Sammons, Radell- Harris
Noes: None
Absent: None
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Radell-Harris adjourned the meeting, without vote and by consensus at 6:18 p.m.
