Baltimore Ravine Shaded Fuel Break Project - Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and Execution of Professional Services Agreement By Resolution, adopt the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP) prepared for the Baltimore Ravine Shaded Fuel Break Project and authorize the Fire Chief, or designee, to submit the Notice of Determination; and By Resolution, authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with White Oak Land Management for Fuel Treatment Services for the Baltimore Ravine Shaded Fuel Break Project not to exceed $327,750.00.
