4. Vacant Commercial Building Ordinance and Applicable Fee Resolution - Continuation of Item Staff recommends that the City Council open this public hearing and continue this item until the June 23, 2025 City Council meeting.
At the June 23, 2025 meeting, the Council will conduct a public hearing to introduce and waive the reading of an Ordinance creating a Vacant Commercial Building Ordinance for the City of Auburn and by resolution adopt fees related to the Vacant Commercial Building Ordinance.
