4. Fourth of July Fireworks Event
By MOTION, authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Pyro Spectacular and the Gold Country Fairgrounds for fireworks for the July 4th holiday, and direct the City Manager to begin fundraising to offset the City's out of pocket expenses for the event.
