MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER: 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Anni Marshall, Councilmembers De La Rosa, Lisa Lavelle, Michael Ponce and Mary Schickling. Also present: City Manager David Maistros, and Senior Management Analyst Devin Hart.
GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Cabrillo Mole Revitalization Project Presentation from A.J. Padelford & Sons, Inc.
City Council heard a presentation from A.J. Padelford & Sons, Inc. regarding their qualifications and approach submitted in response to the City's Request for Qualifications for the progressive design build Cabrillo Mole Revitalization Project - Phase II.
2. Elbow Enhancement Request for Bids
City Council heard a presentation regarding further enhancements to the area of Pebbly Beach Road known as the "Elbow." 2. Authorized City Staff to develop and solicit a request for bids from qualified contractors to complete the stated scope of work.
Motion to approve Mary Schickling, seconded by Yesenia De La Rosa. (All Ayes)
Mayor Marshall adjourned the meeting at 6:27 p.m.
