MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER-10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL-Present: Mayor Anni Marshall, Councilmembers Michael Ponce, Yesenia De La Rosa, Lisa Lavelle, Donna Lopez. Also present: City Manager David Maistros, City Clerk Gabrielle Morones, and City Attorney Scott Campbell.

GENERAL BUSINESS
2026 City Department Head Goals
City Council heard presentations from the City's Department Leaders. Received and filed reports.

2026 City Council Goals
Each City Council member spoke about their goals and priorities for 2026. They shared their vision for the year ahead, highlighting the issues they hope to address and the improvements they would like to see in the community. Councilmember De La Rosa requested that a follow-up meeting be scheduled to review progress.
The City Manager requested two council members to volunteer to participate in the municipal code vehicle update. Councilmember Lopez volunteered, the City Manager hopes that the update will be completed prior to the next vehicle registration season.
Mayor Marshall adjourned the meeting at 1:54 p.m.
