The City has provided for reference purposes the as-built plans prepared by Don Hellmers Engineering for the Pleasure Pier Repair dated 07-17-2021.
The details shown on the plans may not represent current as-built conditions or any modifications made over the past 25 years. ENGEO and the City of Avalon do not warranty the accuracy of these drawings; however, the plan set is a reference document that illustrates installation details for pile caps and stringers.

In the event a lawsuit is brought upon this bond by the City and judgment is recovered, the Surety shall pay all litigation expenses incurred by the City in such suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, expert witness fees and expenses.
