NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL:
1. Found that the foregoing recitals are true;
2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023 -________declaring that the properties identified as APN 040-320-009-000 and 040-320-014-000 are surplus land and no longer necessary for city use;
3. Authorized and directed staff to proceed with issuing all required notices to each and all eligible and qualified entities, as required pursuant to Government Code Section 54220 et. seq.;
4. Directed staff to record the date and time of all responses, if any, to the Notice of Availability;
5. Authorized the City Manager or designee to proceed with all steps reasonably necessary, proper and/or convenient and/or incidental thereto to dispose of such surplus land in accordance with all applicable laws.
