MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: by Mayor Preciado at 3:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Councilmembers: Pablo Hernandez, Lou Gravelle, Mayor Alvaro Preciado, Mayor Pro Tem Alejandro Ramirez, Tyler Naranjo, Amado Cervantes, Sergio Ramirez
ABSENT: Ricardo Verdugo, Lou Gravelle, Mayor Pro Tem Alejandro Ramirez, Donna Elliott, Lymari Larios.
STAFF: Lopez, Ortiz, Bermudez, Yang.
LEGAL COUNCEL: Moses Diaz.
Antony Lopez, City Manager announced that the meeting convened do to Planning Commission had a quorum and meeting is informational only no actions will be taken.
CITY CLERK:
Government Code Section 54952.3: The members of the City Council/Successor Agency are entitled to receive a total of $300.00 per month because of being elected to the City Council. They receive no other compensation for sitting as a member of Successor Agency.
PUBLIC COMMENT/ANNOUNCEMENTS & UNSCHEDULED APPEARANCES:
Ms. Yang announced that Mrs. Lymari Larios has resigned from The Planning Commission.
NEW BUSINESS/ETHICS TRAINING:
A. Brown Act & AB1234 Ethics Training for Elected and Appointed Officials: Public Interest Law Firm (Information/Presentation Only).
Moses Diaz, City Attorney went over Brown Act information with Council & Planning Commission two hours.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business the City Council meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
