The City Council of the City of Azusa met in special session at the above date and time in the City Hall Courtyard located at 213 East Foothill Blvd, Azusa, CA 91702.

Mayor Gonzales called the Special meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: Roll call was taken by City Clerk Cornejo.
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: BECKWITH, MENDEZ, AVILA, GONZALES ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALVAREZ
ALSO PRESENT
Elected Officials: City Clerk Cornejo.
Staff Members : City Manager Gonzalez, City Attorney Marco, Chief of Police Wenrick, Director of Administrative Services Johnson, Director of Public Works/City Engineer Delgadillo, Deputy City Manager DeAnda- Scaia, Director of Community Resources Carpenter, Director of Economic & Community Development Marquez, and IT and Library Services Director Graf.

TOUR OF CITY FACILITIES.
The City Council and Staff toured the following locations.
• Library: 729 N. Dalton Ave.
• Senior Center: 740 N. Dalton Ave.
• Women's Club: 1003 N. Azusa Ave.
• Scout House: Intersection of Old San Gabriel Cyn. Rd. and Hermitage Ln. • Intersection of Sunset Ave. and Crescent Dr.
• Memorial Park: 320 N. Orange Ave.
• City owned lot located behind 325 S. Azusa Ave.
