NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Azusa is hereby called to be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023
at 06:30 p.m. at 729 N. Azusa Ave., Azusa, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for discussing, hearing and taking action on the items listed below:

Please note that public comments are welcomed by recognition of the Mayor, and are limited to items listed on this special meeting agenda.
A Person/Group shall be allowed to speak without interruption for up to three (3) minutes maximum time, only on items appearing on this agenda, and only if a vote is taken, in accordance with the Special Meeting Provisions of the Brown Act. Public Comment will be limited to thirty (30) minutes time C.
BUDGET REVIEW WORKSHOP
1. FISCAL YEAR 2023/2024-2024/2025 CITY OF AZUSA, CITY OF AZUSA PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, AZUSA LIGHT & WATER, AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY PRELIMINARY OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN BUDGET REVIEW.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1) Review the Fiscal Year 2023/24 and 2024/2025 Proposed Budget and provide direction on any desired adjustments to the budget prior to the scheduled adoption on June 19, 2023.
