COUNCIL, THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE
FORMER REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
THE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regularly scheduled meetings of the City Council, the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency and the Public Financing Authority of the City of Azusa scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2024, has been CANCELLED.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a PUBLIC HEARING was scheduled to be held at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Azusa on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Azusa Auditorium, 213 E. Foothill Boulevard, Azusa CA 91702, PUBLIC HEARING will be CONTINUED to Monday, June 3, 2024, at 7:30., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider the adoption of Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds, allocated by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) which provides a stable funding source for local governments to address affordable housing stock shortages by increasing the supply of affordable housing, increasing assistance to affordable owner -occupied workforce housing, assisting persons experiencing or at risk of homelessness, facilitating housing affordability; and promoting projects and programs to meet the local government’s unmet share of regional housing needs allocation. All interested person are notified to attend and express their opinions on this topic.
Said meeting was to be held in the Azusa Auditorium, 213 E. Foothill Blvd., Azusa CA, at 6:30 p.m.
