Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council,
I respectfully urge you to oppose any increase in water rates at this time. Many Azusa residents are already struggling with the rising cost of living, and additional utility increases place an even greater burden on families, seniors, and those on fixed incomes.
Before asking residents to pay more, I encourage the City to explore every available option to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and ensure that any rate increase is truly necessary and justified.
