Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to adopt the April 25, 2024, Regular Agenda Summary Reports. Motion approved with Councilmember Kaur absent.

(Staff recommends receive and file.)
Assistant to the City Manager Valdez provided staff comments.

Sharon Gonsalves from Renne Public Policy Group, (written materials provided) made comments and provided a PowerPoint Presentation.
Chairman Freeman recessed meeting at 4:39 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 4:44 p.m.
Jake Whitaker, from Renne Public Policy Group, made comments and continued the PowerPoint Presentation.
Councilmember Gonzales requested staff review more information on how we are pursuing KernCog Grants.
Motion by Councilmember Gonzales to receive and file. Motion approved with Councilmember Kaur absent.
