We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
EXTRA WORK AT FORCE ACCOUNT:
As directed by the Engineer, in accordance with Section 4-1.05 "Changes and Extra Work" install cable railing blockouts at Pump Plant Disharge Box, as shown on attached drawing
EXTRA WORK AT FORCE ACCOUNT: $4,000.00
INCREASE IN CONTRACT ITEM AT CONTRACT PRICE:
As directed by the Engineer, in accordance with Section 4-1.05 "Changes and Extra Work" add cable railing at Pump Plant Disharge Box Item 185 Cable Railing 56 LF @ $105.00 (+3.26%) = $5,880.00 For the work of this change, the contractor will be paid at extra work at increase in contract item bid item at bid price, inaccordance with Standard Specification Section 9-1.06 and section 9-1.02C Final Pay
