We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
In accordance with section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work", of the Standard Specifications, provide labor, equipment and materials as necessary to install cable railing end flag and close the gap between the cable railing and SW 58 at RW 48. All work shall be done in accordance with the attached revised plans, Special Provisions, Standard Plans and Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
Agreed Lump Sum Price:
The agreed lump sum price for this change will be $1,485.00 which includes the markups.
