Present: Mayor Goh, Vice Mayor Gonzales, Councilmembers Arias, Weir, Smith (seated at 8:44 a.m.), Freeman, Gray and Kaur (seated at 10:04 a.m.)

a. Council Goals Workshop
(Staff requests City Council feedback on the information presented.)
City Manager Clegg made staff comments and introduced Patrick Ibarra and made additional comments.
Mayor Goh recessed the meeting at 10:05 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 10:17 am.
Mayor Goh left the meeting at 11:51 a.m.
Vice Mayor Gonzales recessed the meeting at 11:45 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at 12:30 p.m.
Mayor Goh returned to the meeting at 1:00 p.m.
