Hi. That corner piece should not be in the application. Whoever did the application used lies and fraud to complete the application as it not approved by the owners. The application should be denied with my property included. If they said it was approved it was flasified and I would like signatures saying they had permission. In addition, there's another APN on the same property that is not included and would be affected by this as well. There is a separate mobile home on the lot that has its own APN and not including it makes it not only a falsification and makes it incomplete. What do i need to do here? Cammy

Attached you will find the documents submitted to us for the annexation. You will be received a letter from LAFCO (Local Agency Formation Commission) regarding the annexation in which you will have the opportunity to oppose the project.
