CM Vehicles
1. NV5 employees hourly rates include overhead, profit, safety equipment, inspector laptops, vehicle and cell phones. Office Expenses 2,000.00$
2. Cost proposal is based on an average of 160 hours per month. Overtime hours will be paid in accordance with applicable labor law and prevailing wage rates.
3. Adjustments to this estimate may be required if the actual schedule requires more or less construction management services than proposed. Total Project Cost $377,690.56
4. This cost estimate is based on 100 working days of construction, and project closeout. Time extensions to the project may result in additional construction management services.
5. This cost estimate is based on the assumption that the project is managed simultaneously with the City's Kern River Backup Weir Project No. EOJ111. Any Inspection services outside that time may result in additional costs.
7. Resident Engineer 50 percent or less time spent on the project.
8. This cost estimate includes services for dispute resolution through project acceptance. Services for claims after acceptance will be provided at additional costs.
