Department Budget Presentation Meeting

a. Fiscal Year 2025 Department Budget Presentations – Budget Workshop No. 1:
1. General Government
City Manager Clegg made staff comments and provided a
PowerPoint presentation.
2. Technology Services
Technology Services Director Pronovost made staff
comments and provided a PowerPoint presentation.
3. City Attorney
City Attorney Gennaro made staff comments and provided
a PowerPoint presentation and provided written materials.
4. Financial Services
Finance Director McKeegan and Finance Assistant Director Loveless-Ortiz made staff comments and provided a
PowerPoint presentation.
Mayor Goh recessed the meeting at 1:28 p.m.

5. Police Department
Police Chief Terry made staff comments and provided a
PowerPoint presentation.
6. Fire Department
Fire Chief Albertson made staff comments and
provided a PowerPoint presentation.
Councilmember Gonzales requested staff identify some areas to trade-off to add additional positions.
Motion by Councilmember Smith to receive and file budget presentations.
Motion was approved with Vice Mayor Kaur and Councilmembers Arias, and Weir absent.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Goh adjourned the meeting at 2:33 p.m.
