We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
Extra Work at Force Account
Provide additional funds for change order No. 7 to perform the following work:
As directed by the Engineer, in accordance with Section 4-1.05 "Changes and Extra Work" perform the following work on the property at 3408 Elcia Drive along the new property line as described and shown on sheets 2 thru 4 of this change order:
1) secure the property by installing 8ft chain link fence 2) install green screen to the chain link fence installed under item 1 above 3) install green screen on the existing chain link fence along the east side of the property 4) saw cut and remove the existing masonry wall along the north side of the property 5) remove the wooden fence along the east side of the property to the new property line 6) remove/salvage improvements within the City's property limits 7) repair any damage to the remaining masonry wall or wooden fence that occurred during removal in accordance with Section 5-1.49 "Restoration of Existing Properties"
8) construct a masonry wall along the new property line that matches the existing masonry wall.
