Each Chargeable Hour
10. Transportation rates do not include permits, fees, road tolls, any disposal of material fees, or winterize charges.
11. Labor and equipment are subject to a four (4) hour minimum charge per day.
Note: These charges apply if customer cancels scheduled work activities without a 24 hour notice.
12. Parts, materials, supplies, subcontracted services, and outside equipment rentals/fuel will be billed at cost plus 15%.
Advanced Industrial Services and will be charged accordingly.
13. Fuel surcharge will apply on all equipment.
The workday shall be defined as a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 0001 and ending at 2400 the same day.
Note: AIS operates in accordance with U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division Title 29, Part 785.38 in regards to a. Straight Time: The first eight (8) hours between Monday through Friday, conducted during normal business hours. b. Overtime: All work over eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, up to twelve (12) hours on Saturday, and over eight (8)
hours on Sunday. In addition all work conducted outside normal work hours will be charged at overtime rates. c. Premium Time: All work performed by personnel over twelve (12) hours Monday through Saturday, and over eight (8) hours on Sunday (the following holidays will be observed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, and Christmas Day.)
4. Alternate Work Schedule (4-10 Schedule)
Note: Crews assigned to this schedule, must remain on this schedule or customer will be charged for applicable over time. a. Straight Time: The first 10 hours per day, four (4) days in a week; Monday thru Thursday.
Any hours worked outside of this schedule, overtime and premium time charges apply (see b & c above).
5. Times will be rounded to the nearest one-quarter (1/4) hour.
6. Per Diem rate is $50.00 per person per night for all assignments beyond a 50 mile radius of the home base.
8. For overnight assignments, lodging will be billed at cost plus 15%
