AMENDMENT NO. [4] TO
AGREEMENT NO. 2021-144
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AGREEMENT NO. 2021-144 is made and entered into on __ ___________________, by and between the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, a municipal corporation (referred to herein as “CITY”), and CCS FACILITY SERVICES (referred to herein as “CONTRACTOR”).
R E C I T A L S
WHEREAS, on June 16, 2021 , the CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into Agreement No. 2021-144 in the amount of $ 82,140 for the supply of janitorial maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2022, Council approved Amendment No. one to extend the term of the Agreement by one year and increase compensation by $82,140 to continue the supply of janitorial maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2023, Council approved Amendment No. two to extend the term of the Agreement by one year and increase compensation by $82,140 to continue the supply of janitorial maintenance; and
WHEREAS, on June 12, 2024, Council approved Amendment No. t hree to extend the term of the Agreement by one year and increase compensation by $84,700 to continue the supply of janitorial maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire t o enter into Amendment No. four to Agreement No. 2021-144 to extend the term of the agreement by one year and increase compensation by $ 87,000 to allow the continuance of supplying janitorial maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the foregoing recitals herein, CITY and CONTRACTOR mutually agree as follows:
1. Section 2 of Agreement No. 2021-144 entitled “ COMPENSATION” is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. COMPENSATION. Compensation for all work, services or products called for under this Agreement shall consist of a total payment NOT TO
EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED EIGHT-TEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($418,120) in accordance with the bid documents.

2. Section 12 of Agre ement No. 2021-144 entitled “ TERM” is hereby amended to read as follows:
12. TERM. Unless terminated sooner, as set forth herein, Contractor shall provide services for an additional one year term beginning June 16, 2025, to the term date of June 15, 2026.
3. Except as amended herein, all provisions of Agreement No. 2021-144 shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. four to Agreement No. 2021-144 to be executed the day and year first above written.
