The work to be performed consists, in general, but not limited to furnishing and installing Round Tapered streetlight poles, installing City furnished 6’ mast arms with luminaires and solar panels, and installing pull boxes, all in conformance with the contract documents.

On June 17, 2025, staff received a formal bid protest alleging deficiencies in the low bidder’s proposal.
Upon further review, staff noticed several deficiencies and inconsistencies in received proposals due, at least in part, to ambiguities and inconsistencies in the bid specifications concerning requirements for responsive bid submittals.
Due to inconsiste ncies in received proposals, staff recommends rejecting all bids and readvertising the project. Staff will revise the City bid specifications and contract documents to clarify requirements and to ensure a fair and competitive bidding process.
