Unless otherwise stated, rates for rental of equipment cover only such time as equipment is actually used and no allowance will be made for idle time.

The contractor agrees to accept a lump sum price of $ 1,430,194.79 as full compensation, including all mark-ups, for performing the above mentioned items.
