We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.

CHANGE ORDER NO.
Provide additional funds for change order No. 92 to perform the following work:
In accordance with section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work", of the Standard Specifications, provide labor, equipment, materials tools and incidentals as necessary to relocate the utility cabinet for the Ramp Metering System located at about Station 83+60, Lt of the "CN5" alignment to a minimum of 30' from the edge of traveled way. All work shall be done in accordance with the attached revised plans, Special Provisions, Standard Plans and Specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
EXTRA WORK AT FORCE ACCOUNT:
For this work, the Contractor will be compensated for the actual costs for all other needed work to complete the relocation of the existing utility cabinet.
Contractor will submit invoices and extra work tickets in accordance with Section 9-1.04C of the Standard Specifications.
Extra Work at Force Account: $25,000.00
