BACKGROUND:
Staff will present updated guidelines for the Fiscal Year 2025-26 program and recommendations on new Economic Opportunity Area (EOA) boundaries.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The EOA Program budget was approved with the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget.
