SUBJECT: Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 2023-042 and Agreement No. 2023-042(B) with Speridian Technologies, LLC (increasing compensation $56,417, revised not to exceed $1,287,670) and Clarity Cloud, Inc (increasing compensation $110,000, revised not to exceed $1,168,551) for managed support services for Clariti’s Community Development software
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the approval of the amendment.
BACKGROUND:
The Clariti Permitting System went live in September 2024 with implementation and ongoing system maintenance provided by Speridian Technologies, LLC and the Software -as-a-Service provided by Clariti Cloud, Inc. Since September 2024, Speridian has provided ongoing man aged services for the Clariti Software, as the proposed amendment would continue through February 2026. In February 2026, Clariti Cloud will begin the transition of managed service care and software maintenance moving forward. This was a service previously unavailable through the software provider and provides an opportunity to consolidate services under the software company, rather than working with multiple vendors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The combined ongoing managed care services through February 202 7 will be $157,000. Currently the Development Services Department has sufficient funds budgeted in Fiscal Year 2025-26 to cover the cost in the ERP Replacement projects within the Clariti System.
