I technically need the following:
A letter from the non-profit or governmental agency requesting for the surplus equipment and detailing the need and use of equipment
Proof of non-profit status. If it’s for a governmental agency, the letterhead paper they use for their request will be suƯicient.
Departmental request to donate/sale surplus items
Equipment numbers, make and model, mileage (resolution For tools, I’ll need the type of tool and qty we intend to donate/sale

We are sƟll at least another year before the electric units are eligible for replacement. We can discuss when we start working on FY26/27 replacement around November.
Keep in mind that the suburban that we have in storage is striped and out of service. This unit does not make sense to reouƞit and put back in service.

I’m okay with donating them. Have we reached the point of also donating battery-powered tools? If so, I’d like to include some of those in the donation to the college. I would also like to hold onto the extra Suburban until the new one has been ordered.
