Bids were solicited for the renewal of Cellebrite Inseyets Subscription, and seven bids were received in response to the solicit ation. After reviewing all submissions, we have decided to reject the formal bids in favor of utilizing a cooperative quote that offers a lower price.
Although the cooperative vendor did not submit a formal bid, our bid specifications expressly reserve the right to reject any or all bids if doing so serves the best interest of the City. Exercising this right allows us to obtain the most cost-effective solution while remaining in compliance with our procurement policies.
