SUBJECT: Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2022-155
with Highstreet IT Solutions (increase compensation $148,700; revised not to exceed $4,749,950) to add additional functionality and user licenses for the Enterprise Performance Management module for Oracle Financials.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the amendment.
BACKGROUND:
On August 17, 2022, Council approved the agreement between the City and Highstreet IT Solutions, an Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and additional software implementation company. This agreement included the implementation and support for an Oracle suite of products including ERP Financials, Enterprise Performance Management and Human Capital Manageme nt. The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) module is used to build and manage annual budgets.
To optimize efficiency and provide an abundance of information necessary for ongoing budgetary management, a change order has been requested to support existing enhancing the current system design of the product . Additionally, accessibility to information within EPM is necessary among more users moving forward. As such, the change order also includes 15 additional user licenses for EPM.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The change order with system enhancement and increased user licenses will be $148,700. There is currently sufficient funding to cover the cost in the ERP Replacement Project Budget
