RECITATS
WHEREAS, on Februory 23,2022, the CITY ond CONTRACTOR entered into Agreemenl No.2022-029 in the omount ot $199,992.42 for the supply of troffic signs; ond
WHEREAS, On Februory 2, 2023, Council opproved Amendment No. I to Agreement No. 2022-029 to extend ihe term by one yeor ond increose compensotion by $97,560 fo ollow the continuonce of supplying troffic signs.
WHEREAS, On Februory 14,2024, Council opproved Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2022-029 to extend the ierm by one yeor ond increose compensotion by $97,560 to ollow the continuonce of supplying troffic signs.
WHEREAS, On Februory 12, 2025, Council opproved Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2022-029 to extend lhe term by one yeor ond increose compensotion by $20,000 to ollow ihe continuonce of supplying troffic signs.
WHEREAS, the porties desire to enter into Amendmeni No. 4 to Agreement No.2022-029 to extend the lerm by one yeor ond increose compensotion by $50,000 to ollow the continuonce of supplying troffic signs.
NOW, THERETORE, incorporoting the foregoing reciiols herein, CITY ond CONTRACTOR mutuolly ogree os follows:
