Staff Recommends adoption of minutes.

4. REPORTS
a. Update of Chronic Nuisance Property and Vacant Building Registry Assistant City Manager Hallen made staff comments. Development Services Director Burns made additional comments and provided a PowerPoint presentation. Economic and Community Development Director Byers continued the PowerPoint presentation.

5. DEFERRED BUSINESS
a. Short Term Rental Update and Direction
The Committee will receive an update on the Short-Term Rentals and the concept to draft an ordinance to bring later to identify how to manage the Short-Term Rentals already happening throughout the City.
Assistant City Manager Hallen made staff comments and provided a PowerPoint presentation and introduced Dainius Marijosius from Deckard technologies.
Councilmember Smith made a motion to have staff bring back an ordinance to the committee. Motion was approved.
Provide staff direction on whether to bring a Short-Term Rental Ordinance to City Council to manage these units throughout the City.
