a. Overview of Mills Act Contract Program
and staff presentation
Cecelia Griego made staff comments and presented a PowerPoint presentation.
Councilmember Gonzales requested that item come before Council for consideration as soon as possible along with a full analysis of the full benefits over the ten years.

6. COMMITTEE COMMENTS
Councilmember Gonzales requested a community forum. Also requested in light of the EOA program reduction of funding, can we have a Downtown business round table to provide honest feedback regarding working with the City in support of revitalization efforts.
