RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this agreement.
BACKGROUND:
In 2023, the City conducted a Request for Proposals (RFP) and, after selecting eScribe Software USA, Inc., entered into Agreement 2023 -068 to provide a meeting and agenda management platform for public meetings. This platform provides online development, posting, and management of public meeting agendas, making management more efficient for the City and more timely for constituents.
The City now wishes to renew this subscription for an additional 3 years in an amount not to exceed $218,267.50 paid annually as follows:
March 2026: $67,309.89
March 2027: $72,614.38
March 2028: $78,343.23
This will include eScribe Annual Subscription fees and eScribe Support.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this agreement is budgeted within the Equipment Fund.
