AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO
AGREEMENT NO. 2022-157
This AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT NO. 2022-157 is made and entered into on_________, by and between the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, a municipal corporation (referred to herein as “CITY”), and HIGHSTREET IT SOLUTIONS, LLC a corporation authorized to do business in California (referred to herein as “HIGHSTREET”).
R E C I T A L S
WHEREAS, on August 17, 2022, CITY and HIGHSTREET entered into Agreement No. 2022-157 for Oracle Extended Cloud Services in the amount not to exceed Seventy-Seven Thousand Four Dollars ($77,004); and
WHEREAS, on December 18, 2024 CITY and HIGHSTREET amended Agreement No. 2022-157 to provide additional managed support services , year- end close ERP financial services and to increase the compensation; and
WHEREAS, on April 23, 2025 CITY and HIGHSTREET amended Agreement No. 2022-157 to provide additional managed support through 2026, to clarify terms in the original Agreement, and to increase compensation; and
WHEREAS, CITY and HIGHSTREET have agreed to again amend Agreement 2022-157 to provide additional managed support necessary to support Oracle ERP financials through February 2027 and to increase compensation by an additional Seventy -Seven Thousand Four Dollars ($77,004) with a new total compensation not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Dollars ($327,004).
NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the foregoing recitals herein, CITY and HIGHSTREET mutually agree as follows:
1. Section 1 of Agreement No. 2022- 157 entitled “Scope of Work and Approach” is hereby amended to include as follows:
1. SCOPE OF WORK AND APPROACH. The scope of work is to
provide additional managed services of the licensed Oracle Cloud products in accordance with the assumptions outlined in the original Agreement through February 2027, and to clarify terms of the original Agreement as reflected in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

1.1. Compensation. CITY shall increase the compensation to HIGHSTREET by an additional amount of Seventy-Seven
Thousand Four Dollars ($77,004) with total compensation not to exceed Three Hundred Twenty -Seven Thousand Four Dollars ($327,004).
2. Except as amended herein, all provisions of Agreement No. 2022-157 shall remain in full force and effect.
