SUBJECT: Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2022-157with Highstreet It Solutions, LLC (increase compensation $77,004, revised not to exceed $327,004; and extend support through February 2027) for Oracle extended cloud services
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommend approval of the amendment.
BACKGROUND: On August 17, 2022, the City of Bakersfield entered into several agreements with Highstreet IT Solutions as part of the ERP System Replacement Project. The Agreements included an overarching Master Services Agreement, System Implementation Scope of Work, Training Solutions, a Cashiering Solution, Managed Services and Aftercare and System Integration and data support (Agreements 2022-154 to 2022-159).
The City and Highstreet IT Solutions have agreed to amend Agreement 2022 -157 for Oracle Managed Services and Aftercare for an additional 12 months of support. Managed services support provides support for system incidents or ‘bugs’ that need revision in the configuration to operate appropriately to complete business functions. Managed services also completes technical or functional configuration or support in the Oracle ERP Financials system not supported by City staff. Full scope of services included is outlined in 2022-157 and the attached Exhibit C: Extended Cloud Services Support 2026-2027.
