SUBJECT: Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 2025-210 with HP, Inc . Managed Print Services (adding equipment model only)
to add additional printer model to coverage
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the amendment.
BACKGROUND:
In November of 2025 Technology Services entered into a five (5) year agreement with HP Inc., Managed Print Services to streamline the support, repair, maintenance and replacement and toner/ink replenishment of the city’s printer fleet. This amendment is to include an additional printer model to that service and support schedule.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funds are budgeted in Fiscal Year 2025-26 through the Equipment Fund
