Subject: Proposal for Amendment No. 3 to the Plant 3 Blowers Replacement Project
Dear Jesus,
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) is pleased to submit this scope of work, fee proposal, and schedule to the City of Bakersfield (City) for additional construction phase services for the Plant 3 Blowers Replacement Project.
SCOPE OF WORK
TASK 3 – CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
1. Attend Meetings. AECOM’s project manager will attend up to ten (10) meetings via conference call of a duration not to exceed 1 hour each.
2. Site Visits. AECOM’s project manager will conduct up to four (4) site visits at Plant 3 with a duration not to exceed 2 hours each. Site visits will be as requested by the City.
3. Submittal. AECOM will review up to fifteen (15) shop drawings and/or submittals.
4. RFIs. AECOM will respond to not more than thirty (30) RFIs.
5. Change Order Assistance. AECOM will assist the City in preparing for not more than two (2) construction change orders. This work is limited to providing technical assistance, revising specifications, or revising drawings.
6. Prepare Record Drawings. AECOM will prepare record drawings based on field markups provided by the contractor. AECOM will not independently verify the accuracy of these markups. Record drawings will be prepared after the project is deemed substantially complete by the City.
