AGREEMENT NO. _______________
This AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 2024-110 is made and entered into on ________________, by and between the CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, a municipal corporation (referred to herein as “CITY”), and SOUTHSTAR EN GINEERING & CONSULTING INC a corporation authorized to do business in California (referred to herein as “CONTRACTOR”).
R E C I T A L S
WHEREAS, On May 8 th, 2024, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into Agreement No. 2024-110 for the purchase of professional and virtual webmaster and content management services to assist in maintaining the CITY’s existing website; and
WHEREAS, On May 14 th, 2025, CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into Agreement No. 2024-110(1) to extend the term date to May 8 th, 2026, to allow for continued professional and virtual webmaster and content management services; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Agreement No. 2024-110 to further extend the term for one (1) additional year, to allow for continued professional and virtual webmaster and content management services subject to and in accordance with the Southstar Term Renewal attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, CITY and CONTRACTOR have agreed to solely extend the term for an additional one (1) year, while continuing to provide their webmaster services as needed per CITY’s request,
NOW, THEREFORE, incorporating the foregoing recitals herein, CITY and CONTRACTOR mutually agree as follows:
1. Section 3 of Agreement No. 2024-110 entitled “ TERM” is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. TERM. Unless terminated sooner, as set forth herein, this Agreement shall terminate on May 15th, 2027.
2. Except as amended herein, all provisions of Agreement No. 2024-110 shall remain in full force and effect.
