SUBJECT: Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 2022-136 with Info-Tech Research Group (increasing compensation by $367,451.99 and extend term 2 years) to include their “Technical Counselor Membership”
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this Amendment
BACKGROUND:
On August 18, 2022, the City entered into Agreement No. 2022 -136 with Info-Tech Research Group for membership and consulting for a five-year term for IT research and advisory purposes. The city wishes to amend that agreement to include their “Technical Counselor Membership” and extend the term of the agreement for an additional (2) years. Increasing compensation by $367,451.99 for a total compensation amount of $897,894.35 and extending the term to (7) years. The annual cost for the services is listed below:
