NOTE: A premium rate to include the regular commercial bin service and the Solid Waste Division hourly rate will be applied to all services that require pushing and pulling of bins over 10 feet and/or requires drivers to back over 100 feet. The premium rate is the division hourly rate times the number of services per week times the average number of weeks per month (4.33). Bins with compacted material are charged THREE TIMES the standard bin rate.
