PROFESSIONAL and COMMERCIAL TERMS
Open clearance around system(s) for completion of service.
Water source at 60 psi to fill media trailer prior to slurry loading.
All system operations and connections required prior to field technician arrival at the jobsite.
SCOPE BY OTHERS
All building and regulatory permits.
Open access to site and equipment location.
AV will provide a new gasket for each manway opened.
Hydrostatic and disinfection testing of system.
Start-up services and any required acceptance tests.
Backwashing of filters after 24-hour presoak.
Carbon profile will be conducted on the spent media extracted from the vessels.
Carbon: NSF 61 Norit GAC 400 Coal Carbon Media
Granular activated carbon, loaded into trailers.
Truck will be washed down with hot water.
Vessel inspection will be conducted by AV employee.
Disinfection will be provided per vessel.
Baterial testing will be conducted on each vessel.
Onsite service time for loading/offloading carbon. Services can be provided as a Two (2) vessels or Single (1) vessel change out at a time.
Food grade washout for trailers.
