a. Short Term Rental Update and Direction
The Committee will receive an update on Short-Term Rentals and the draft ordinance addressing the Short-Term Rentals.
Deputy City Attorney Gallardo-King made staff comments and provided a PowerPoint presentation.
Councilmember Smith made a motion to move forward with the Ordinance with changes.

Staff Recommends:
1. Direct staff to make additional changes (substantial) and bring back for further review.
2. Direct staff to make additional changes (nominal) and take to Planning Commission and City Council
3. Provide alternative direction.
